Welcome to the Bureau of Human Resources
The Human Resources Bureau is responsible for employee recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee training and development, and records management. In addition to these services, we provide the following to the City of Augusta: supervisory counseling, employee relations, labor relations and collective bargaining, and employee health and safety.
