Welcome to Bicentennial Nature Park


Bicentennial Nature Park was first established in 2001. 

About

Bicentennial Nature Park is situated on approximately 27 acres on Three Cornered Pond. This pond is about 180 acres and is part of the China Regional Lakes. The Lake is a warm water fishery with the primary fish population of Bass, Perch, Pickerel, and Sunfish. Bicentennial Nature Park is open to Augusta residents only and their guests who must be in the company of the Augusta resident. Non-residents not accompanied by an Augusta resident will not be admitted into the park. Augusta residents must provide proof of residency to purchase a pass to the park for the summer season.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Open seven days a week from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

FEES

Daily admission to the park is $2.00 for adults and $1.00 for children and seniors. Season passes are available at $25.00 for families, $15.00 for adults, $10.00 for children and $7.50 for seniors. 

LOCATION

The park is located six miles from Augusta City Center on Route 3 going east past Rideout's Quick Stop. The entrance is on the right-hand side of Route 3, 1/2 mile past the Weeks Mill Road. There are one-way roads for entering and exiting the park. The second road is the park entrance. Do not take the first drive. The speed limit is 5 MPH. (Direction Here)

GROUP USE & RESERVATIONS

  • Groups of 10 or more must make advanced reservations.
  • Group size cannot exceed more than 100.
  • Minimum one-week advanced reservation required.
  • There is no guarantee of space before a confirmed reservation
  • We welcome group picnics from Augusta-based clubs and organizations
