Become a Historical Interpreter at Old Fort Western
Can you card and spin wool, work on an inkle or floor loom, fire a musket, cook over an open fire, and enjoy engaging with children of all ages? If you are looking for a part-time job, Fort Western could use you. We are always looking for people with a passion for history and a skill set for 18th-century crafts. Just go to the City of Augusta's Human Resources Page, fill out the City of Augusta's Application, and include a cover letter explaining your passion for history and why you would like to work for Fort Western and a resume. At the same time, fill out the Background Check form. Bring or send the documentation to Human Resources located in Augusta City Hall. The documents are provided below.
