The forms listed below on this website may be completed online; however, you will need to print, sign and mail the form and supporting documents to:

Homestead Exemption Application Application must be filed with the Assessor's office on or before April 1st to be considered for the following tax year.
Veteran Exemption Application Application must be filed with the Assessor's office on or before April 1st to be considered for the following tax year. This application must be accompanied by a copy of your DD214 (Veteran discharge papers).
Unmarried Widow or Minor Child of a Veteran Exemption Application Application must be filed with the Assessor's office on or before April 1st to be considered for the following tax year. This application must be accompanied by satisfactory documentary evidence to support answers to questions. If you are in doubt as to the way in which to answer any question or as to documentary evidence needed, consult your assessor at (207) 626-2320.
New Owner Sales Questionnaire This form should be completed by new property owners.
