We have recently rolled out a new online program that allows you to apply for a residential or commercial building permit as well as a sign permit online. Once you have submitted it one of our code enforcement officers will look it over and notify you once it's approved. You can then come to the office and pay the fee associated with the permit and begin your project. In most cases this takes less than a week.
