The purpose of the Recreation Board is to act as an advisory board in the Recreation and Parks division for the City with regards to our recreational programs. They assist the department with the development and implementation of the planning and vision for the Recreation and Parks system. They work with department staff to creatively explore methods and strategies to provide the best recreation and Parks system available to the residents of Augusta. Our Board welcomes ideas from the Community.
