Western Avenue Area & Citywide Active Transportation Plan(s) Update

The Project Coordination Team has completed the first draft of the Existing Conditions Assessment for both the Western Avenue Area Planning Partnership Initiative (PPI) and the Citywide Active Transportation Plan (ATP). The work aligns with local plans and the Maine Department of Transportation's upcoming projects, such as the I-95 bridge bike lanes, Memorial Circle improvements, and the Bangor Street road diet. The next goal is to discover gaps in the data and identify areas of concern through extensive public outreach.

Please join us for a Public Meeting on March 23rd from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at Farrington School.
