The process to apply for one of these permits is as follows:
1. Complete the appropriate form

2.  If you are applying for a parade permit you will need to complete a safety plan for you event. You can click on the following link for help developing your safety plan:  http://www.naco.org/sites/default/files/documents/Parade%20Safety%20Guidelines.pdf

3. Return your completed form and safety plan (if applicable) to the Chief of Police:

4.  The Chief and department heads will review your plan and notify you in writing with the approval or denial of the permit.
